The Warmist: Copenhagen Summit could not Achieve...

Wondering why Copenhagen Summit failed to Achieve ?
Summits like Copenhagen 2009 do not happen every alternate day/week/month... It was a platform given to some 190+ Countries to address the Climate change and the rising demand to curtail the Emissions but I believe none of them was able to achieve anything but a chance to see Copenhagen Or the Monopoly of the ever dominated Countries and the tantrums of some BASIC countries saying YES or NO...

The problem did not lie with either the Summit or the people there but the real problem was that the Agenda of the Summit was not clear and it was not sure as to what is expected out of everyone. The thing that is real baffling is whether everyone got a copy of it or if they did then why couldn't they do their homework well to come prepared for such a great summit which has almost failed, resulting in so much loss of Energy, Manpower and Services leading to more Emissions of CO2...

Some questions left unanswered at Copenhagen Summit:
1. Why couldn't all the Country's Ministers/Environmentalists prepare themselves well before they reached Copenhagen ?
2. Why was the Summit left to be dominated by the developed Countries ?
3. Why couldn't the COP15 participating Countries have a common Agenda to save the planet Earth and instead kept fighting with blame games ?
4. Why couldn't someone raise a question for the low coastal Countries which would be the first affected by the Sea level rise?
5. Why couldn't the BASIC four did their homework earlier and had set a common Mission to put forth things and then walked out there to discuss their strategies and plans?
6. Why didn't we reach even a single solid Conclusion even after discussing for so many days?
7. Why didn't countries like United States reveal their strategies well in advance to avoid any surprises?
and the list of Why's is endless...

but Alas ! There is nobody to address these questions because the Blame Game is ON which never results in an answer but a combat.

The questions are wide open and do post if you have the answer to any of them...
